Join us for a sacred sound bath and guided meditation journey inspired by the Peruvian Munay-Ki tradition.

We’ll journey through the Four Sacred Directions, connecting with the spirit animals traditionally associated with each direction and exploring the wisdom and energy each one carries.

During the meditation, you’ll also be guided to discover your own personal spirit animals connected to the Four Directions.
